我们将一起探索六个铜棒练习，并将它们与元音、行星特质以及优律思美（Eurythmy）的动作手势联系起来。通过这种方式，你将发现全新的关联，并深化自己的内在体验。

The Secrets of the Rod Exercises
Six simple exercises for inner flexibility and more refined perception

Begin your weekend with a morning full of strength and mobility. After the course, the whole summer day still lies ahead of you—for a hike, a trip to the mountains, time with your family, or whatever brings you joy.
Together we will explore the six rod exercises and connect them with the vowels, planetary qualities, and eurythmy gestures. In this way, new relationships become visible, and your inner experience deepens.

This course was created at the request of the teachers of the Panyotai Waldorf School in Bangkok. Together we form an international practice community and support the continued development of eurythmy at the school.
Participation is free for members of the Eurythmy4you Community Circle (ECC).
For all other participants, there is a moderate course fee with several pricing options. Simply choose the price that feels right for you.
